Executive Biography

Matthew Pribus

Matthew Pribus is a results-driven senior executive with more than three decades of leadership experience across banking operations, financial technology, and payments processing. Known for navigating complex business challenges with experienced-backed judgment, integrity, and a strong work ethic, he has consistently built high-performing teams and delivered measurable results at scale.

In April 2026, he founded Pribco LLC, bringing his deep business expertise to bear with a new product Addison's Diary — which he built out of his own experience with management of long term care situations.

He began his career at WesBanco in Wheeling, West Virginia, where he served as Vice President for over 12 years. In that role, he provided operations direction and support to four banks with 62 officers and three check processing centers within a $2.2 billion multi-state, multi-bank holding company.

Following WesBanco, he joined InterCept, Inc. (later acquired by Fidelity National Financial) as Senior Vice President of Operations, overseeing the daily operations of four data processing and 33 check processing and imaging centers across the southern and western United States — a team of more than 850 professionals. During this time, he led the development and implementation of InterCept's Check 21 strategy, generating an estimated $5 million in projected annual revenue.

In 2010, he took on the role of President and COO at BNControl/Triad Partners, leading all business functions — including sales, marketing, technology, product development, and delivery — for an early-stage software company whose flagship product was a data warehouse, consolidation, and reporting system designed for community banks under $2 billion in assets.

From 2011 to 2015, he served as Executive Vice President of Strategic Operations at TransCentra (now Exela Technologies), where he was the primary operations executive overseeing 14 processing locations delivering print, remittance, and payment processing services. Under his leadership, annual payments processed exceeded 505 million and printed/mailed statements and bills surpassed 325 million. He managed technology, remittance, payments, and print operations with revenue under management of $125 million annually.

Most recently, he spent nearly seven years at Fiserv (formerly First Data) as Payments and BPO Executive, leading the print ($400M), plastics personalization ($300M), and payments ($85M) outsourcing businesses. In this capacity, he held full P&L responsibility and drove business growth, revenue retention, and operational excellence across all three business lines.
